Welcome to The Hill Connection. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and policies. Please read them carefully.
1. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information (name, contact, payment details) is collected solely for booking and service purposes.
- We do not share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing or by law.
- All data is stored securely and handled with strict confidentiality.
2. Payment Policy
- All bookings require full or partial payment as specified during the booking process.
- Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, UPI, and other options as shown at checkout.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds and cancellations are subject to our cancellation policy (see below).
3. Service Policy
- Check-in and check-out times are as specified in your booking confirmation.
- Guests are expected to respect property rules and other guests.
- Any damage to property or violation of rules may result in additional charges or cancellation of stay.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating our policies or engaging in unlawful behavior.
4. House Rules
Nature & Wildlife
Our property is nestled amidst nature, so you may encounter insects and wildlife. Please ensure the safety of your children by keeping a close eye on them at all times.
Fireworks
No fireworks or explosives are allowed on the premises for safety reasons.
Swimming Pool Rules
- Pool Times: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
- Villa Access: The 2BHK features a private infinity pool. The 4BHK (couple & family rooms) features a private jungle-themed pool. Access is strictly limited to the pool of the villa you have booked. Access to both pools is only permitted when booking both villas together. Please refrain from using the other villa's pool.
- Supervision: Children must always be supervised by a responsible adult while in or around the pool area.
- Prohibited Activities & Items:
- No diving.
- No glass containers.
- No food or drinks in the pool.
- No smoking in the pool area.
Noise Policy
After 10:00 PM, only indoor music is allowed to ensure a peaceful environment.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 15+ Days Notice: 100% Refund
- 7–14 Days Notice: 50% Refund of the total booking amount
- Within 7 Days: No refund will be issued for late cancellations
6. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is permitted under the following conditions:
- Request Window: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date.
- Availability: Subject to villa availability and any seasonal rate differences.
- Limit: Bookings can only be rescheduled once. Subsequent changes will be treated as a cancellation.
7. No-Show & Early Check-out
- No-Show: If you do not arrive at the resort by 10:00 PM on the check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund will be issued.
- Early Departure: No refunds or credits will be provided for guests who choose to check out earlier than their scheduled departure date.
8. Important Terms
- Villa Bookings: Since our 2BHK and 4BHK villas are booked as entire units, these policies apply to the total booking value, regardless of the number of guests who arrive.
- Peak Dates: For bookings during public holidays, long weekends, or festive periods (e.g., New Year's Eve), all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
